Five steps to transform your flowers into a botanical work of art that lasts decades, explained with complete transparency.
Slots are limited, especially between May and September. The process starts well before the event: as soon as you know the date, secure your spot with the booking form.
Drop off in person: Free of charge at our atelier in Coimbra, by appointment.
Post via courier: Fragile and urgent post; shipping costs are the client's responsibility.
Event pick-up: We travel to the venue, subject to quote and availability.
After preservation, the flowers are also frozen to eliminate any insects that may still be present.
You will have 72 hours to approve or request changes. After the frame is complete and before we ship it.
Post via courier: You will receive a tracking number as soon as the order is dispatched. Shipping costs are the client's responsibility.
Collection at the atelier: Schedule a time to collect in Coimbra.
Anti-UV museum glass
The same glass used in museums. Blocks UV rays that fade colours.
Approval before sealing
We send a photo. Nothing is final without your approval.
